Accountant & Administrative Advisor

About the Role

We’re looking for a practical, hands-on accountant or administrative advisor to help Hola Finance refine how we handle company formations and everyday accounting workflows. You’ll work on registering clients as autónomos or forming SL/SC companies, managing simple internal bookkeeping, and giving feedback to our product team as we build better tools for accountants. This isn’t a tax-return or audit-heavy role — it’s ideal for someone who knows the Spanish setup process well and wants a flexible, meaningful position at the intersection of accounting and fintech.

Responsibilities

• Register clients as autónomos, including Hacienda and Seguridad Social setup (NUSS, RETA, etc.)
• Coordinate SL and SC company formations (CIRCE, notary liaison, Registro Mercantil filings)
• Advise Hola Finance on how to simplify accounting processes within our software
• Review and verify client documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain light internal bookkeeping and records for Hola Finance
• Collaborate with the product team to design practical workflows for accountants
• Communicate bilingually (Spanish/English) with notaries, clients, and public bodies

Requirements

• Experience registering autónomos (Hacienda and Seguridad Social setup) and coordinating SL/SC formations
• Registered as colaborador social with AEAT (preferred, or willing to work alongside one)
• Familiar with CIRCE or company formation via PAE/notary coordination
• Comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish
• Experience with Spanish administrative and company formation processes
• Keen interest in fintech and improving workflows for accountants
• Available either part-time (3 days/week) or full-time
