👤 Chief Operating Officer (Spanish-Speaking) – Invoicing & Expense Tech Startup
Full-time or Fractional (3–4 days/week) | Based in Spain or UK | Remote with occasional in-person meetups

We’re looking for a hands-on, systems-driven COO to turn our mission into repeatable, scalable operations. You’ll build the operating backbone across product, customer success, finance ops, compliance, and people—so we can grow quickly and responsibly across Spain and beyond.\

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own company operations end-to-end: define OKRs, build processes, and drive execution across teams.

  • Scale the “money movement” engine: oversee billing, payouts, reconciliations, and expense workflows with strong internal controls.

  • Lead regulatory & risk operations: implement compliant processes (KYC/KYB, AML workflows in partnership with providers), data privacy, and incident response.

  • Build high-leverage customer ops: SLAs, support playbooks, knowledge base, and feedback loops into product.

  • Stand up metrics & reporting: design dashboards for growth, retention, unit economics, and operational KPIs; run weekly business reviews.

  • Drive cross-functional planning: align Product, Engineering, and Growth on roadmap, launch readiness, and go-to-market operations.

  • Vendor & partner management: select and manage banking/fintech partners, accountants, and tooling vendors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.

  • People & culture: recruit A-players, establish performance cycles, compensation bands, and a healthy remote-first culture.

  • Support fundraising & board: prepare materials, own ops sections of investor updates, and manage governance cadence.

✅ Requirements

  • Native/near-native English bonus points for speaking Spanish

  • Based in Andalusia—or elsewhere in Spain with willingness to meet in person occasionally.

  • 7+ years operating experience in high-growth tech (preferably fintech, SaaS, or payments); prior senior ops leadership (Head of Ops / COO / General Manager) is a big plus.

  • Proven track record building processes from 0→1 and scaling from 1→N (OKRs, operating reviews, incident management, quality frameworks).

  • Comfortable with regulated environments and risk: familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML, GDPR, and data security practices.

  • Financial fluency: unit economics, budgeting/forecasting, and revenue/cost controls; able to partner tightly with Finance.

  • Data-driven operator: you turn metrics into action; confident with analytics tools (e.g., Looker/Metabase, BigQuery) and spreadsheets; SQL is a plus.

  • Tooling mindset: you love automating with modern stacks (Notion, Linear/Jira, HubSpot, Intercom/Zendesk, Zapier/Make).

  • Empathetic leader and clear communicator who balances speed with quality and compliance.

💼 Sales Manager (España – Ventas Directas a Asesorías y Gestorías Contables)

Buscamos a un/a Sales Manager con mentalidad emprendedora y enfoque comercial para liderar nuestro crecimiento en España. Tu misión: crear y fortalecer relaciones con asesorías y gestorías contables que puedan usar y recomendar Hola a sus clientes. Serás la cara de Hola ante el ecosistema contable español, ayudando a los profesionales a simplificar la gestión de gastos y modernizar su forma de trabajar.


💡 Lo Que Harás

  • Liderar las ventas directas a asesorías y gestorías contables en toda España.

  • Identificar, contactar y cerrar acuerdos con despachos que gestionen autónomos y pymes.

  • Presentar demos y realizar llamadas de descubrimiento para mostrar cómo Hola mejora la eficiencia de sus clientes.

  • Construir relaciones a largo plazo con partners contables para impulsar adopción, retención y recomendaciones.

  • Colaborar con el equipo de Producto y Marketing para adaptar mensajes, materiales y campañas al mercado español.

  • Gestionar el pipeline de ventas en CRM (por ejemplo, HubSpot o Pipedrive), con previsiones y seguimiento de métricas.

  • Representar a Hola en ferias, eventos y webinars del sector contable o autónomos en España.

  • Trabajar de la mano con los fundadores para definir estrategias comerciales, precios y programas de partners.


✅ Requisitos

  • Residencia en España (preferiblemente en Andalucía, pero no imprescindible).

  • Nivel nativo de español y buen nivel de inglés.

  • 3+ años de experiencia en ventas B2B, idealmente vendiendo SaaS o soluciones fintech a asesorías contables o pymes.

  • Conocimiento sólido de herramientas contables y de facturación (p. ej. A3, Sage, Holded, Xero, QuickBooks, Quipu).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación, tanto online como presencial.

  • Proactivo/a y autónomo/a: te gusta generar tus propias oportunidades y trabajar por objetivos.

  • Mentalidad analítica: cómodo/a siguiendo métricas de conversión, actividad y resultados.

  • Familiaridad con herramientas de ventas modernas: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.

  • Deseable: experiencia introduciendo o escalando un producto SaaS en el mercado español.

💼 Sales Manager (UK-Based – Selling Direct to Accountants)
Full-time | Remote (UK) | Occasional in-person meetings | Competitive base + commission + equity potential

We’re looking for a driven and commercially sharp Sales Manager to lead our growth in the UK market. Your mission: build and nurture strong relationships with accounting firms who can use and recommend Hola to their clients. You’ll be our front line in helping accountants simplify expense management, boost client efficiency, and modernise their workflows with Hola.


💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the accountant channel in the UK – identify, engage, and close partnerships with accounting firms and bookkeepers.

  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan targeting small-to-mid accounting practices serving freelancers and SMEs.

  • Conduct demos and discovery calls with partners to understand their pain points and show how Hola can help.

  • Build long-term relationships with accountants to drive adoption, retention, and referrals.

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to shape features and campaigns tailored for the UK accounting market.

  • Create and manage a sales pipeline in CRM (e.g. HubSpot or Pipedrive), maintaining accurate forecasts and tracking metrics.

  • Represent Hola at industry events, webinars, and meetups, building awareness and credibility in the UK accounting ecosystem.

  • Work closely with our founders to refine pricing, partner incentives, and onboarding processes as we scale.


✅ Requirements

  • Based in the UK with the right to work.

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling SaaS or fintech products to accountants, bookkeepers, or small businesses.

  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows, tools (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, FreeAgent), and pain points.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – confident running demos and explaining value clearly.

  • Proactive and self-starting: able to manage your own pipeline, outreach, and goals in a fast-moving startup.

  • Analytical mindset: comfortable tracking KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline health.

  • Experience with modern sales tools: HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

  • Bonus: Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product in a new market.

We’re a fast-growing invoicing and expense management platform built to help freelancers, small businesses, and accountants save time, reduce hassle, and stay financially in control. As we expand across Spain and beyond, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to grow our brand, create engaging content, and help turn followers into loyal users.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and manage our social media presence across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

  • Create and schedule content that speaks to freelancers, business owners, and accountants in Spain.

  • Run paid ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation, signups, and brand awareness.

  • Build a content calendar that aligns with product updates, campaigns, and key dates.

  • Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimise based on data and insights.

  • Collaborate closely with our founders and growth team to refine tone, messaging, and priorities.

✅ Requirements

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong written and spoken English.

  • Based in Andalusia, or elsewhere in Spain with willingness to meet in person occasionally.

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media accounts for a startup or tech brand.

  • Strong knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram (organic + paid).

  • Comfortable with ad platforms, analytics tools, and content design (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar).

  • A strategic thinker who also loves getting hands-on with copy, visuals, and community engagement.

  • Knowledge of the freelancer or small business market in Spain is a big plus.
